How photo-to-rap lip sync works
Upload one photo, or two if you want a duo, and choose a beat. The model lifts the face out of the background, estimates how the head would move to the rhythm, then drives the mouth frame by frame from the vocal track. Your original face stays intact; only the performance is generated. Because the mouth shapes come from the audio rather than from a generic loop, the sync holds on fast double-time bars and hard consonants, not just on slow lines.
