Payment refunds and automatic credit returns for unsuccessful AI Rap Video Labs renders.

Failed renders are never charged
When a video generation fails, the credits spent on that attempt are restored to your balance automatically. No refund request is necessary.
Refunds
The following purchases qualify for a refund:
- An unused credit pack: Request a refund within 14 days after purchasing it.
- The initial subscription payment: Request a refund within 14 days, provided you have not spent any credits from that subscription.
- A duplicate or incorrect charge, or missing purchased credits: Contact us so we can resolve the payment issue.
- A prolonged service outage on our side: If it prevents you from using purchased credits, you may request a refund.
Refunds are unavailable for:
- credits already spent generating a video;
- a subscription renewal you intended to cancel, if credits issued for that renewal have already been spent;
- a successfully generated video whose appearance does not meet your expectations; review the examples before purchasing to understand the output style;
- issues arising from uploads or requests that violate our Terms of Service.
Your applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Cancelling a subscription
Manage or cancel your subscription in your account's Billing section. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewals; previously issued credits remain available until their stated expiry date.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@airapvideolabs.com using your account email. Include the order number and briefly explain your request. We respond within five business days. Refunds we approve are sent to the payment method originally used; allow another five to ten business days for your bank to display the credit.
