Privacy Policy
How AI Rap Video Labs handles account details, creative uploads, payments, and your privacy choices.
Last updated: 2026-10-27
This policy explains how AI Rap Video Labs at airapvideolabs.com handles information when you use our website and video tools. It covers your account, creative material, purchases, and activity, along with the choices available to you.
What we collect
- Account information. Google sign-in supplies your name, email address, and profile image. We use these details to create and maintain your account.
- Uploads. We process uploaded photos, songs, and reference videos. Photos prepared through browser-side redrawing have embedded location metadata removed before upload.
- Videos and settings. We process your topic, generation settings, and rendered results to create and provide your videos.
- Conditional preview records. When a free preview is explicitly offered, we may keep one-way fingerprints derived from a normalized email address, a browser identifier, and network information. These support one preview per eligible account, one per browser within 30 days, and a limited number per network per day. They help enforce an offer without retaining those identifiers in their original form for this purpose. A separate sitewide daily cap may pause previews until the next UTC day.
- Purchases. We keep order, credit, payment-status, and subscription records. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support. Support messages and tickets remain associated with your account until you request account deletion, subject to necessary legal retention.
- Technical records. Security records may include IP addresses, browser information, and service logs.
- Visit information. Visit measurements may include the referring page, landing page, country, device, and a random visit identifier stored in a cookie.
Why we use it
We use information to generate and store videos, run accounts, manage credits and payments, prevent misuse, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. Visit measurements help us understand how people find and use the site.
Safety checks may assess your topic, input photos, and generated output before we accept or deliver a request. Copies created solely for an immediate safety check are deleted after that check. A provider may decline material that fails its safety rules.
Who processes it
Some workflows send a photo to an image service to create a full-body portrait before video generation. These include Wan 3.0 Hotel Lobby and Bulin47 workflows and eligible previews. A portrait may be cached and reused while it remains within its retention period.
The selected video provider receives the inputs and instructions needed to make your video. Temporary private review photos used for processing are removed after completion. Providers may retain their own operational or safety logs under their policies; their retention is separate from the periods we control.
Other processors include safety-check services, hosting, storage, and database providers, Google for authentication, and Stripe for payments. We may also use analytics services that measure visits without their own cookies. Our own site cookies and attribution records are described below.
Providers may operate in other countries. We share the minimum information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your uploads or generated videos to train our own AI models. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos, songs, reference videos, and generated portraits are kept for seven days after generation finishes. Generated videos are kept until you request deletion of them or your account. The portrait cache follows the same input-retention period.
For a preview promotion, the email fingerprint may remain for the duration of that promotion even after account deletion, so deleting an account does not create another free-preview entitlement. Browser fingerprints support the 30-day browser limit, and network fingerprints support the per-network daily limit. A failed preview clears its usage record so the entitlement can be used again.
Account information is retained while your account is active. Purchase and tax records may need to remain for up to seven years to meet accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Security logs are kept only for a limited period appropriate to investigation and protection needs.
Your choices and rights
To request deletion of videos or your account, email support@airapvideolabs.com. Account deletion removes account-linked material, except records we must keep for legal obligations or the limited preview-abuse prevention described above. Deleting content from our service does not remove copies you have shared or downloaded elsewhere.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or an objection to certain processing. Email support@airapvideolabs.com with your request. We may need to verify that the account or material belongs to you before acting.
Cookies
Essential cookies support login, language preferences, and any displayed offer timer. We also use a random visit identifier and attribution information to understand visits. These functions are distinct from any cookieless measurement supplied by an analytics provider. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working properly.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. Paid purchases must be made by adults. Anyone uploading a photo of a person under 18 must have permission from that person's parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
