What to include

• Video or render issues: Share the link to the affected video and explain what happened or what looks wrong.
• Payments and refunds: Send the email address associated with your account and the order number.
• Privacy requests: Tell us which email address you use to sign in and what you want to access, change or delete.
• Content reports: Include a link or enough detail to identify the content, together with your reason for requesting removal. Reports involving someone's likeness used without permission receive prompt attention.
