These terms govern your use of AI Rap Video Labs. By using the service, you accept them. If you disagree, please stop using it.

What the service does

AI Rap Video Labs turns photos into AI rap duo videos and other effects using templates, supported tracks, uploaded music, or AI-generated music. Generation may use third-party models, including Wan 3.0 and Seedance. Results depend on the source material and the selected model; faces, movement, lip sync, and other details can be inaccurate.

Some studio workflows first redraw a photo as a full-body portrait. That step can change the subject's pose, expression, clothing, or accessories. A generated video is an AI interpretation rather than an exact recording of the people or events shown.

AI Rap Video Labs is independent of Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, Quality Control Music, Motown, and COLORS. References to artists, songs, or visual styles do not imply their endorsement, sponsorship, or involvement.

Your account

You may sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and take responsibility for activity carried out through it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Purchases must be made by an adult who can enter a binding agreement and is authorized to use the payment method.

What you may upload

Upload only material you own or are permitted to use, including photos, recordings, lyrics, and music. Obtain the consent of identifiable people whose likenesses you submit. For anyone under 18, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Do not submit or generate sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content, including any such content involving minors. Harassment, hate, deceptive impersonation, infringement of intellectual property, and unlawful content are also prohibited. Do not use the service to mislead others about a real person's actions or statements.

Topics, photos, and generated results may undergo safety checks. Our service or a model provider can reject an input or withhold an output. A request rejected before generation starts is not charged. If safety checks stop a render or prevent delivery, its credits are returned.

Credits and payments

• Paid generation uses credits. The required amount is displayed before you confirm a render. A failed paid render automatically restores the credits charged for that attempt. Credits have no cash value and cannot be resold or transferred.

• One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Monthly-plan credits are valid for their month plus a short grace period. Annual-plan credits are issued together at the start of the billing year and are valid for that year. Check the plan and checkout details before purchasing. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not reverse an existing payment or refund unused credits. Manage renewal in billing settings.

• Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Refund eligibility and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy.

• A free preview is available only when the site explicitly offers it; these terms do not promise an ongoing free trial. An eligible offer may use the default Hotel Lobby or Bulin47 workflow, with one preview per Google account, one per browser within 30 days, and a limited number per network per day. It provides a two-second, 480p, watermarked, watch-only preview with the original sound, without a downloadable file. A separate sitewide daily cap may pause previews until the next UTC day. If a preview fails, its entitlement is restored.

• Paying to unlock a preview creates a new render. Its appearance, motion, timing, or other details may differ from the preview. The displayed offer and checkout explain what the purchase includes.

Your videos and your rights

You retain the rights you already have in your uploads. You give us and the providers involved a limited license to store and process that material as needed to operate the service and deliver your requested video.

Videos generated with paid credits may be downloaded, shared, and used personally or commercially, subject to the rights of others and applicable law. You remain responsible for licenses covering your photos, music, lyrics, and likenesses. Access to a song in a template does not grant unrestricted music rights. Where appropriate, use a platform's licensed track when posting to TikTok or Instagram, and check that platform's rules for your intended use. Add AI labels when a platform or the law requires them.

Availability

We may update features, templates, providers, or pricing and may limit or suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse, or legal reasons. Processing times and successful generation are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of downloaded work you wish to retain.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees about accuracy, uninterrupted access, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be announced through the service. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting the revised terms.
